How do I sign up for The Sweat Lab MMA & Fitness?

Signing up is quick and easy! Here’s how to get started:

  1. Step 1: Visit our Website
  2. Step 2: View Our Class Schedule 
  3. Step 3: Choose a Membership
  4. Step 4: Fill Out the Sign-Up Form
  5. Step 5: You're In!

You’ll be redirected to our secure Gymdesk platform to create an account, complete a quick waiver, and enter payment info.

After signing up, you can start booking classes right away. 

What classes or programs are offered?

We offer a wide variety of programs for youth and adults, including:

  • USA Boxing

  • Muay Thai

  • Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

  • Fitness Lab (HIIT, strength, and weight loss training)

  • Kids Lab (Boxing, Muay Thai, MMA ( Mixed Martial Arts)

  • Sports Performance (speed, agility, and strength training)
    Classes are available for all skill levels — from complete beginners to competitive athletes.

Is the gym beginner-friendly?

Absolutely. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or martial arts, we’ll meet you where you are.
We offer intro-level classes, friendly coaching, and guidance every step of the way.

What equipment or facilities are available?

Our 8,500 sq ft facility includes:

  • A full-size 24ftx24ft boxing ring

  • CrossFit-style rig and free weights

  • Matted space for martial arts or fitness

  • Conditioning equipment, battle ropes, sleds, bags, and more
