A full-size 24ftx24ft boxing ring
CrossFit-style rig and free weights

This 3-day total body workout program is designed to develop explosive power, maximum strength, and endurance/hypertrophy, with each session targeting all major muscle groups (chest, back, legs, shoulders, arms, core). Each day focuses on a specific training modality: Monday focuses on maximum strength, Wednesday emphasizes dynamic explosive effort, and Friday targets endurance/hypertrophy. Ideal for intermediate to advanced lifters, the program is structured for a Monday/Wednesday/Friday schedule with 48 hours of rest between sessions.
Adult Muay Thai Clinch Class

In this class, kids learn real Muay Thai fundamentals through age-appropriate drills, pad work, and movement training. We focus on technique, fitness, confidence, and respect—all in a fun, safe, and structured environment.
